Which sizes are available?

The ten new items come in S, M and L. The Burgundy Midi Dress comes in S, M, L and XL. Check the item itself to see which sizes you can select and their current availability. Our size guide explains the steps to prepare your choice.

How do I see the back or a detail?

What is included in a two-piece set?

The Blue Two-Piece Set consists of a cardigan and a matching long skirt. The Luxe Two-Piece Set consists of a blouse and a long skirt. See the description and both photos for the design. Shoes, bags and jewellery mentioned in styling texts are ideas for combinations.

Is my size still available?

Select your size on the product page to see current availability. Check the selected size before adding the item to your bag.

Ordering

How do I choose an item, and can I pay online yet?

Open the item, check the current price, select your size and choose the quantity. You can then put your bag together. Online payment is not available yet. For questions about ordering, email info@nxt.scne.nl and state the item and your preferred size.

Where can I find the price?

The current selling price is shown on the product page. Check it together with the selected size and quantity. Shipping costs are listed below and in the shipping policy.

What should I include in a question about an existing order?

Include your order number if you have one, the item name and your question. Customer service lists the contact options by topic.

Delivery

Where do you deliver, and what does shipping cost?

We ship with PostNL to the Netherlands and other European countries. Shipping costs €6.95 per order. Read the shipping policy for further information.

What is the expected delivery time?

For the Netherlands, the expected delivery time is about two days. For other European destinations, delivery time varies by country. The stated time is an estimate.

Returns

How do I request a return?

As a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period starting the day after receipt. If items from one order arrive separately, the period begins after you receive the last item. You can notify us online through Withdraw from a purchase, by email to info@nxt.scne.nl, or by letter to the business address. You do not have to give a reason. State the relevant item and your order number if you have one.

Send the items back within 14 days of your notification. The returns and withdrawal policy provides the full time limits, notification options and optional model form.

How do I arrange a return label and the return costs?

For a return within the withdrawal period, arrange your own return label with a carrier of your choice. You pay the direct return shipping costs. We do not charge extra administration or restocking fees. Have you received an incorrect or defective item? Contact us; we cover the necessary return costs for that item. See the returns and withdrawal policy for further information.

What is the return address?
