Refund policy
Returns and withdrawal
This policy applies to consumer purchases from NXT.SCNE, the store name of MA Commerce B.V. You may withdraw from your purchase of our dresses and sets during the statutory withdrawal period without giving a reason. The right of withdrawal also applies to discounted items.
14-day withdrawal period
Your withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have designated who is not the carrier, receive the item. If items from one order are delivered separately, the period starts after receipt of the last item. If the last day falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the period continues until the next working day.
Before this period expires, inform us by a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You can do this in the following ways:
- Online through Withdraw from purchase: open the relevant order and follow the steps to confirm your notification.
- By email to info@nxt.scne.nl.
- By letter to MA Commerce B.V., Aalsmeerderweg 239K, 1432 CM Aalsmeer, The Netherlands.
You may use the model form at the bottom of this page, but it is not compulsory. You do not need to give a reason. Sending your withdrawal notification before the deadline is sufficient to meet it; our prior approval is not a condition of your right of withdrawal. When you submit a notification online, you will receive confirmation by email.

You meet the deadline if you send the items back before this period expires. Keep your proof of postage. This return address is different from our business address in Aalsmeer.
Return costs and trying on carefully
You bear the direct costs of returning the items. You arrange your own return label with a carrier of your choice. We do not charge additional administration or restocking fees.
You may examine and try on the clothing as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. Pack returns carefully to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds
Following withdrawal, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
If you withdraw from the entire order, we will also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery. Any additional cost for a more expensive delivery option you selected will not be refunded. For a partial return, we will not refund the original delivery costs insofar as these remain payable for the items you keep.
We will use the same payment method as you used for the purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method of reimbursement. We will not charge a fee for the refund.
Incorrect or defective item
Have you received an incorrect or defective item? Contact us at info@nxt.scne.nl so we can arrange an appropriate solution. We bear the necessary return costs for an incorrectly supplied or defective item. Your statutory rights where an item does not conform to the contract are separate from the withdrawal period and remain applicable.
